Once you place your order, you’ll be brought to a page with a few questions about your business, your existing social presence, etc. Submit that information and our team gets to work on setting up your accounts in our systems, researching your market, etc. We’ll also open a ticket for you at our support desk where we’ll communicate with you throughout the set-up process. Your support desk ticket is never closed, so if you have new information for us, just let us know there.
